Shelburne Farms Trip
We had an awesome day learning about the maple sugaring process! Since we were divided into four groups throughout the day, I was only able to capture pictures from a few groups so I apologize if your child isn’t in the photos. All of the groups tried each activity at different times of the day, so it will also least give you a sense of what we did! Enjoy!

Post Office Community Visit
Our class joined with Mrs. Koch’s first graders for a community trip to the post office. Every year I bring my class, I see and learn something new. This trip we were able to meet the Post Master. He showed us his office and answered questions about his job and the job of the postal workers. The kids saw where mail is sorted, and stood as a class on one of the huge mail scales. The kids together weighed 707 pounds. We had a great time learning about our community helpers!
